The April 2025 Paper Pumpkin kit, Inked Occasions, delivered a creative experience that was both elegant and inspiring. Featuring vibrant alcohol ink artwork in bold shades of Berry Burst and Pumpkin Pie, beautifully balanced with softer tones of Fresh Freesia and Pool Party. Accented with luxurious textured gold foil, this kit was absolutely breathtaking. Every element felt like a miniature work of art, and putting the cards together was easy and enjoyable.
The kit included everything needed to create nine stunning cards—three each of three unique designs. The printed card bases and precut embellishments made putting the cards together a breeze.
I started by making one of each of the three card designs exactly as instructed, and I loved how beautifully they came together. Then, using my own white card bases, I stretched the kit even further by using the kit materials to create nine more coordinating cards —bringing my total to 12 handmade cards. I even had enough materials left to create an elegant scrapbook page. And believe it or not, I still have a few elements left over for future projects!
