Where are you based?
We are based in Skipton, the Gateway to the Dales, in lovely North Yorkshire.
Do you have a shop?
No we do not have a permanent physical retail space. However, we do run a stall at Kirkstall Abbey Market on the last Sunday of every month, March to November. Otherwise all of our products are sold online.
Can i customise or personalise my fairy door?
Yes you can! Simply add your chosen fairy door to the cart and a pop-up dialogue box will appear with a few simple questions for you to answer which will then let me know how to proceed with the customisation of your door?
All prices for each item are displayed in pounds sterling but do not include a charge for shipping. This is added to the final total during the checkout process. You will only be charged for the items you purchase plus any associated shipping - there are no other costs!

When will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days but occasionally there may be some delay due to circumstances beyond our control. However, you will be notified by email should this occur.
UK DELIVERY - Deliveries will be made using either Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For or a private courier company which may include tracking information and/or require a signature on delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - This is not currently available. However, we are looking into this option for the future.
Deliveries to PO Boxes will NOT be allowed.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order starting at £3.00
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from ApplePay, PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron & Mastercard. All data is encrypted using SSL encryption.
When i get to the checkout page why does it redirect me to squarespace.com?
This is an expected redirect to my webpage service provider Squarespace for checkout purposes. All online charges then go through a trusted gateway provider, either PayPal or Stripe.
my package did not arrive, what should i do?
In the unlikely event of non-delivery, we are not liable for third parties. You can contact us at email@example.com with a delivery query within 30 days of placing your original order and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase according to our exchange or refund policy detailed in our terms and conditions on the Legal page. Please note that our products are not toys. They can break if handled in a rough manner. Our exchange or refund policy does not cover breakages from rough usage.
