It’s that time again—another Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop! This time, we’re rolling into October with the theme “Giving Thanks.” And what better way to say “thanks” than with an overload of cuteness? I’m using Stampin’ Up!’s Sweet Days of Autumn 12” Designer Series Paper & Sticker Sheet, and the Autumn to Remember Stamp Set—because if there’s one thing we can’t get enough of, it’s fall crafting! 🍂
Now, this paper is like the ultimate fall mood board. We’ve got adorable little forest critters frolicking around in the most Pinterest-worthy autumn palette. Not to mention the subtle backgrounds of the DSP—because sometimes the critters need a little space to breathe, right? Plus, there’s a whole sheet of coordinating stickers (yes, stickers—because deep down, we all love them, and they’re perfect for scrapbooking)!
As for the stamp set, it’s basically a pumpkin spice latte in stamp form. You’ve got your autumn-inspired titles that’ll make your cards or scrapbooking spreads look like they jumped straight out of a cozy fall dream. And don’t get me started on the leaves, trees, and acorns—fall’s greatest hits. Oh, and if you’re a fan of texture (and who isn’t?), some of the stamps come with Distinktive stamp technology, meaning they’ll give you that effortless textured watercolor effect without the mess. Perfect for those of us who want to look like we spent hours crafting when we really spent most of the time looking for the scissors.
Projects

The card base and sentiment for this card are craft paper. For the background, I used panels of the DSP, because why not spotlight this gorgeous paper? I die cut the cute little deer and matted with Early Espresso, then popped them up with dimensionals. The sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso ink and I fussy cut the oak leaf and acorn straight from the DSP—tiny scissors, big patience!

More fussy cutting fun on this one! I snipped out the adorable animal family right from the DSP—because who doesn’t love a good fussy cutting challenge? The trees are stamped in Old Olive ink, giving off that perfect woodland vibe. The sentiment, in Early Espresso ink, is from the retired Honeybee Home stamp set (it suits this card and season perfectly!).

If fussy cutting isn’t your thing, this card is totally up your alley! The “In all things Give Thanks” focal point is one of the gorgeous stickers from the DSP sticker sheet—no scissors required! I matted it with Copper Clay cardstock and layered it over a banner from the DSP. The background got a little texture boost with the Forever Plaid embossing folder, and of course, I added some Earth Tone Shimmer Gems embellishments for a bit of flair!

This one’s a quick and easy project! The background comes from the lovely Countryside Inn DSP, so half the work is already done. I stamped the trees in Night of Navy ink on white cardstock and matted it with Night of Navy cardstock for a nice, cohesive look. You can easily swap in any sentiment you like here. To top it off, I added a simple linen thread (Natural Tone Linen Thread) bow for a little extra charm.

For this card, embossing the background with the Timber embossing folder adds that woodsy vibe. I used the Spotlight on Nature dies to cut a detailed circle and after adding some spatter detail, I layered it under some DSP panels. The leaves and greenery were stamped with fall colors and fussy cut. The little deer fussy cut from the DSP makes return appearance. The sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso ink on white cardstock, and the “Give Thanks” is a handy sticker from the sticker sheet. Put it all together, and you’ve got an absolutely adorable fall card ready to go!

This card features a stamped collage of fall images from the stamp set in rich autumn colors (Pumpkin Pie, Wild Wheat, Mossy Meadow, and Early Espresso) on white cardstock, layered with Mossy Meadow cardstock for a bold contrast. The sentiment, stamped in Early Espresso on white cardstock and also matted with Mossy Meadow, is attached with dimensionals to create added depth.
I’m very excited to share that I’ve launched my very own Christie Crafts YouTube channel! I’ll be posting video tutorials from time to time. This card is featured in my very first release—be sure to check it out and let me know what you think!

For my last project, I created a scrapbook layout using the Sweet Days of Autumn 12” Designer Series Paper & Sticker Sheet. I layered three vertical banners of the DSP and built a photo block with three photo spots over another DSP layer and added fun stickers for extra detail. The moment I saw the gorgeous “Leaves Abound from all Around” sticker, I knew I wanted to create a layout that captured the joy of playing in the fall leaves!
