This week, I’m wrapping up my fall themed projects with a bundle that’s just too cute to resist, the Fluffy Squirrel Bundle from Stampin’ Up! Sitting at the back door watching squirrels dart through the falling leaves is one of my fur babies’ (Jack and Jasper) favorite things to do in autumn. Jack even tries to catch them, much to my amusement! So naturally, this playful bundle felt like the perfect way to finish out my fall crafting lineup.

From a rustic, woodsy look with rich browns and embossed texture to cheerful birthday cards featuring bright fall leaves and playful pops of color, these little squirrels fit right in. I even made a sweet card with two squirrels sharing a flower—because really, who could resist that level of cuteness?

Fluffy Squirrel Cards
This cheerful birthday card features a white card base layered with patterned paper from the Gathering Together DSP layered over Cajun Craze cardstock. The playful squirrel from the Fluffy Squirrel Bundle is stamped in Early Espresso on a white circle die-cut with the Spotlight on Nature dies, then filled in using Two-Step stamping with Crumb Cake for soft golden fur. A Cajun Craze banner cut with the Stylish Shapes dies is layered beneath a Crushed Curry banner, with the sentiment stamped in Cajun Craze and popped up with dimensionals. A tiny gift and acorn accent complete this fun design.
This masculine birthday card starts with a white card base with panels of patterned paper from the Autumn Toile DSP layered over Early Espresso cardstock. An Early Espresso strip anchors the design, with the sentiment heat-embossed in white. The adorable Fluffy Squirrel is stamped in Early Espresso and filled using Two-Step stamping in Crumb Cake, then punched out and popped up with dimensionals. A tiny acorn accent adds the perfect finishing touch to this clean, classic layout.
